First Chiropractic, rooted in Napier and Hastings, is a renowned chiropractic care provider in New Zealand. Established with a mission to offer patient-focused care, they combine decades of experience with cutting-edge technology to serve their patients. With a strong presence since 1994 in Napier and 2008 in Hastings, First Chiropractic has been a beacon of health and wellness in the community.

Despite having a digital presence through Google Ads, First Chiropractic was still determining the efficacy of its campaigns. They needed clarity on their digital performance and sought an expert audit to identify areas of improvement. They wanted to optimise their campaigns but required more time and expertise, so they turned to Unbound for assistance.

  1. A more targeted approach to campaign set up and implementation.
  2. Implement a range of online advertising products tailored to their potential patients.


Recognising the importance of accurate data tracking for First Chiropractic, we implemented a full analytics set up.
This gave us clear insights on the performance of our advertising campaigns and allowed us to make informed decisions around allocating advertising spend.

We also implemented call tracking when we realised that a high volume of their bookings were made over the phone. This allows us to see which users originated from advertising efforts, compared to which users arrived at First Chiropractic organically.

The strategic changes paid off. First Chiropractic saw a surge in leads for their locations and a significant reduction in their cost per acquisition.  The segmentation strategy ensured that the campaigns were laser-focused, leading to enhanced effectiveness.
